FGHW is pleased to announce that our client, Friends of Willis Winters Park, was awarded a 2024 Preservation Achievement Award by Preservation Dallas in the category of Historic Park or Landscape Restoration Projects for the Restoration of its Historic Pavilion c 1922.  Willis Winters Park, formerly known as Randall Park, has been an East Dallas community asset since 1922 and FGHW was counsel to Friends of Willis Winters Park when it was formally incorporated in 2022.

 

In addition to Friends of Willis Winters Park, other participants in the Project were: Phoenix 1 Restoration and Construction; Raul De La Rosa, Joseph Tawadrous, and Rudy Karimi, City of Dallas; Barbara Cohen, Melanie Vanlandingham, and Mary Mesh, Friends of Willis Winters Park; Dee Brown, Inc.; Altitude Services; Ideal Exteriors; Instant Rain. Congratulations to all involved!
