We are pleased to announce that Spencer Turner has become a Partner of Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP. Spencer joined the FGHW family in 2016 and focuses his legal efforts in the trust and estates arena. His experiences in the field range from handling contentious trust disputes and will contests to carefully crafting estate plans, developing strategies for asset protection, and representing numerous family-owned businesses. Spencer has been a featured speaker on various aspects of the probate process at several seminars hosted by the National Business Institute.
