Name partner Debra Witter retired from the practice of law as of December 31, 2021, along with her husband Scott Chase, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Ms. Witter practiced law in Dallas for over thirty-eight years, both in law firm settings and corporations. Her primary practice areas included marketing, advertising, and promotions law, trademarks, and contracts. She joined the firm as a partner in 2015 and became a name partner on June 1, 2018.
