Matthew Glenn’s corporate and transactional practice has allowed him to help numerous businesses, business owners, and individuals. Mr. Glenn’s practice focuses on:-

• Representation of financial institutions in loan document preparation, work-out arrangements, foreclosure, collection litigation, and general advice on operations 

• Disputes and litigation arising from complex contractual relationships 

• Entity formation and structure, asset purchases and sales, and business organization 

• Representation of creditors and financial institutions in both simple and complex bankruptcy proceedings 

• Analysis, advice, and document preparation for commercial real estate transactions 

• Drafting and negotiation of contracts and business, arrangements in a wide variety of industries 

Prior to joining Farrow-Gillespie Heath Witter, he practiced at D. Woodard Glenn, P.C. Matthew graduated from the South Texas College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in the Political Science program from Southwestern University.

Before starting law school, Matthew played NCAA baseball for four years. After graduating with honors, he did supply chain management in China for a Texas-based manufacturing company. He also serves on the West Oak Cliff Area Plan Task Force, and he works with a non-profit that promotes community engagement and empowerment through urban agriculture
